Brick Oven Bistro

We came here for a family dinner. We were seated right away. Our waitress was fantastic, very friendly. The crispy Brussel sprouts were awesome and loaded with bacon. The goat cheese with blackberries spread and fresh bread was amazing!, but give it a minute to cool. For dinner we had a pepperoni pizza, rueben pizza, brick mac pizza, margherita pizza and chicken and artichoke pizza. All of them were very good but the brick mac the best. Cant wait to go back to try some different ones.

Highly recommend! From the pizza to the service to the beer, this is a great place. We ordered pizza and calzones and both were excellent. Would definitely return if not “out of towners”. The service was also incredible with a couple of different people asking us how the food was. It’s obvious they take a ton of pride in their food and the experience of their patrons. Well done! Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Our first time here. We got to sit outside and eat. The service was excellent, and so was the food. We had the Spicy Hawaiian pizza and the lemon pie.

Wow! My first time at Brick Oven Bistro. I had the Gluten Free Philadelphia Steak Pizza- it was delicious! I will definitely be back for more.

This place had really good,authentic New York pizza! We had the stuffed banana peppers and they were outta this world. The selection of beer and wine was exponentially excellent. Definitely worth stopping in for a pie.

Had a great dinner at this place tonight. Our first time here but we had heard about some of their dishes from friends. We started with their pepper dip appetizer and then shared the short rib entree and a mushroom pizza. Together it was too much for the two of us and we have 3 boxes of leftovers. The food was great, seriously. The short rib melts in the mouth. The pepper dip was spicy but not crazy, very tasty. The thin crust pizza was also excellent, maybe a bit more goat cheese than it needed but easy to knock off the extra. Great selection of draft beers too. Our server was very friendly and our food came out much quicker than I expected. Overall, a great time and we’ll be back there soon to try some of their other food.

We went to Niagara Falls for the weekend and were on our way back home when we decided that we wanted to see if we could get "New York Pizza" in Buffalo. We don't have NY pizza where we live so it was something we were hoping to do before we passed the NY border. Brick Oven Bistro hands down has some of the best pizza we have EVER had. Also, I am gluten free so I had a separate pizza apart from my family. It's also so hard to find gf food at restaurants, let alone some that taste really good. Again, hands down the BEST pizza I've ever had since learning about my gluten allergy. This will be a great memory to end our trip and if we ever drive back this way, we agreed that we will definitely stop by again. Photo: GF Margherita Pizza
